Biotique Morning Nectar visibly Flawless Skin Moisturizer Review

Hope you all are doing well. Summers are almost here and it becomes really difficult to choose the right product for your skin especially if you have oily or combination skin like I have.

So today I will be reviewing Biotique Bio Nectar Lightening and Nourishing Lotion review. So let's not concentrate on the lightening part as I believe these are the false claims only as I personally do believe that no product in the world can make you fairer.

BIOTIQUE SAYS

It is organically pure and preservative free. Dermatologist tested for safety. No animal testing, so this is what I love about the Biotique products as they do not perform any kind of animal testing basically they do not harm animals which is like really great.

This is not a cosmetic preparation. It has therapeutic properties.

See lighter, line-less, replenished skin. It is an Ayurvedic recipe and contains 100% botanical extracts with Swiss Technology.

The lotion says that it is for all skin types.

INGREDIENTS

Gehun seed, Kumari leaf pulp, Madhu, Badam Seed Oil, Mungfali Seed Oil, Kusumbhi Seed Oil, Purified water-Q.S.

This is not the full ingredient list. As the label says Bio Morning Nectar Contains these ingredients mentioned above.

This doesn't contain parabens and mineral oil which is good.

I personally feel that the price is quite reasonable when compared to the other organic stuff available in the market today.

PACKAGING

Biotique Bio Morning Nectar Flawless Skin Lotion comes in a standard Biotique packaging, a white plastic bottle with a green screw cap. It has a wide mouth opening that can lead to product wastage if you are not cautious while pouring it out of the bottle. I have 35ml small size bottle which is ideal to carry while traveling.

TEXTURE AND FRAGRANCE

Biotique Bio Morning Nectar Flawless Skin Lotion comes in a milky white color and has a little thick consistency. It has a strong herbal mix fragrance which stays on the skin for some time.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE MOISTURIZER

Firstly talking about the packaging so it is travel-friendly and comes in a bottle with a stopper which prevents the product from coming out and an outer cap of green color. The packaging itself speaks about the product.

Then talking about the fragrance part, this has very sweet fragrance as it contains the nectar. Nectar is the sweet fluid, the honey that flowering plants produce each day used to sustain health, vitality and ageless beauty. Its nourishing and moisturizing properties help heal skin and promote healthy cell renewal.

I kind of love the sweet fragrance of this lotion , it doesnot irritate the sensitve noses, it has a very mild scent.

Taking about the consistency of the product it is neither too thick nor too thin. It has that medium consistency and glides over my skin pretty well. Not much amount is needed to cover my entire face and neck. A little goes a long way. My mother has really dry skin and she uses this lotion on a regular basis and this bottle easily lasts with her for three months or so.

For people with combination skin like me, which tends to be really oily in summers this is not a decent pick for me as this feels really heavy on my face during hot summers I usually do not prefer using such heavy moisturizers or creams on my skin which makes my skin so oily, i even cant breathe then so a big no-no for the oily skin. Also, I feel it gives me a very dull appearance after few hours of applying it to my face. It works well for me as a body lotion but definitely a big no for the face.

Although this product did not cause any break-outs on my skin, I am not at all fond of using it in summers.

My mother swears by this product and she really can't do without this lotion this kind of help her to combat the dryness and itchiness on her face and she thinks that the product is really mild and gentle on her skin. Her skin feels so soft like babies post application.

So, I would say it is a wonderful product for the dry skin. All the dry skin beauties must give it a try :)

MY RECOMMENDATION

I would not recommend it to oily skin beauties.

It works really well for dry skin. So I would rate 3.5 out of 5.
